- Remember your dreams
- Make your bed
- Drink lots of water
- Get oxygen
- Brush teeth with opposite hand
- Drink brain tea
- Journal (what are you grateful for)
- High intensity workout
- Brain power smoothy
These are 10 steps encouraged by Jim Kwik to perform at the beginning of your day. Take the first hour of your next day to include most if not all of these activities. Observe how the rest of your day is!
